Hem de fer un petit esfor\u00e7 per acostumar-nos a esmorzar, i en pocs dies ja ens habituarem. No sopar massa el dia anterior tamb\u00e9 ens ajudar\u00e0, i \u00e9s m\u00e9s saludable. De fet, hauriem de fer 5 \u00e0pats al dia, dels quals l\u2019esmorzar i despr\u00e9s el dinar s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s importants. Primer ens cal saber quins s\u00f3n els requeriments nutricionals. Ens calen hidrats de carboni, que ens proporcionen energia immediata per superar la mandra d\u2019aixecar-nos del llit, ens calen tamb\u00e9 prote\u00efnes, que ens proporcionaran for\u00e7a als m\u00fasculs, i ens calen greixos per tenir energia suficient al llarg de tot el mat\u00ed, per\u00f2 amb compte, que hi ha greixos saludables com els que provenen dels fruits secs, l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, el peix blau o avocat, i greixos no saludables com els que trobem a la brioixeria, als fregits i a la majoria d\u2019aliments processats. Tamb\u00e9 ens cal fibra i calci. La fibra la podem obtenir de la fruita i dels cereals integrals, i el calci el podem aconseguir dels productes lactis.\u00a0El calci \u00e9s especialment important a la infantesa i a l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia, que \u00e9s el moment en el que el cos \u00e9s capa\u00e7 d\u2019emmagatzemar-los als ossos.
