La visita va comen\u00e7ar amb dues confer\u00e8ncies a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;un directiu de la companyia i un responsable de recursos humans, que ens van explicar la missi\u00f3, visi\u00f3 i valors de l&#8217;empresa japonesa, la seva pres\u00e8ncia al m\u00f3n, el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 i canvi que s&#8217;ha vist obligat a adoptar, aix\u00ed com la import\u00e0ncia de les persones i la gesti\u00f3 del desenvolupament d&#8217;aquestes. Els i les alumnes van aprofitar aquest moment per plantejar algunes q\u00fcestions de gran inter\u00e8s, relacionades amb el model de negoci i l&#8217;impacte social i ambiental d&#8217;aquest. <\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit, vam poder gaudir d&#8217;una visita per les seves oficines i els departaments de recursos humans, m\u00e0rqueting, comercial i control, on els seus responsables ens van detallar breument la funci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest. Va ser una experi\u00e8ncia molt enriquidora per l&#8217;alumnat, que va poder con\u00e8ixer de primera m\u00e0 el funcionament d&#8217;una de les multinacionals m\u00e9s importants del m\u00f3n, amb m\u00e9s de 2.000 treballadors nom\u00e9s a Espanya&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies!!<\/p>\n\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container slideshow_container_style-light\" style=\"height: 300px; \"
