Aquest projecte, finan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea, posa en valor la cuina tradicional com a alternativa al mercat global d\u2019aliments, com a mitj\u00e0 per fomentar la sostenibilitat i per comprendre com es construeix la identitat en \u00e0rees geogr\u00e0fiques tan diferents entre si com la Vall de Ll\u00e9mena i H\u00e8lsinki.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Agra\u00efm especialment la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del Celler de Can Roca, que va mostrar als nostres alumnes com es produeixen aliments locals de manera ecol\u00f2gica, sostenible i respectuosa amb l\u2019entorn, aix\u00ed com la contribuci\u00f3 de\u00a0<i>GlobalCities, Inc.<\/i>, que ens ha ajudat a valorar el potencial de la cuina per explorar la pr\u00f2pia identitat i per comprendre i respectar la dels altres.
