El bon ambient de treball propicia a desenvolupar de manera efectiva les nostres qualitats personals, la creativitat, i el treball en equip. Comptant que el bon funcionament d\u2019un centre \u00e9s el sumatori de tots els membres de la comunicat educativa, \u00e9s imprescindible vetllar i fomentar la bona relaci\u00f3 entre tots ells.<br \/>\nPer aquest motiu, durant el curs 2016\/17 engegarem el projecte de conviv\u00e8ncia i mediaci\u00f3\u00a0a l\u2019Institut Vall de Ll\u00e9mena de Sant Gregori.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslavall\/documents-de-centre\/curs-2014-15\/memoria-2014-15\/attachment\/icona_pdf\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-893\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-893 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslavall\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu65\/2015\/09\/icona_pdf-e1445618700445.png\" alt=\"icona_pdf\" width=\"54\" height=\"54\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslavall\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu65\/2016\/10\/projecte-mediaci\u00f3.pdf\"><span style=\"color: blue;\"><u>PRESENTACI\u00d3<\/u><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La mediaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode constructiu de resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes en qu\u00e8 les dues parts enfrontades recorren volunt\u00e0riament a una tercera persona imparcial, el mediador, per arribar a un acord satisfactori per a les dues parts. Els mediadors seran alumnes, professors i pares i mares que es formaran\u00a0per tirar endavant aquest servei.
