{"id":653,"date":"2016-09-19T16:49:20","date_gmt":"2016-09-19T14:49:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslavalira\/?p=653"},"modified":"2016-09-19T16:52:39","modified_gmt":"2016-09-19T14:52:39","slug":"get-wet-piraguisme-al-rafting-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslavalira\/portada\/get-wet-piraguisme-al-rafting-park\/","title":{"rendered":"Get Wet \u2013 Pirag\u00fcisme al Rafting Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019alumnat del nostre institut va participar en diverses activitats aqu\u00e0tiques (Caiac en aig\u00fces tranquil\u00b7les i Rafting en aig\u00fces braves)<\/p>\n<p>La diversi\u00f3 i la activitat f\u00edsica va ser la base del mat\u00ed on fins i tot en el caiac vam ser els PRIMERS!<\/p>\n<p>Va ser un mat\u00ed molt divertit per al nostre alumnat i una manera diferent de passar el cap de setmana amb els companys de classe i amb altres alumnes de altres escoles.<\/p>\n<p>Vam fer una competici\u00f3 per grups en el Caiac fent una cursa de relleus entre els membres del mateix grup, la coordinaci\u00f3 entre ells era fonamental per no quedar-se en el mateix lloc.
