Wagensberg<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 fem<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><b>Acompanyem els nois i les noies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, al llarg de quatre anys, en la seva formaci\u00f3, el seu creixement i la descoberta de si mateixos, perqu\u00e8 puguin madurar i desplegar les seves potencialitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens proposem ser-los \u00fatils com a<\/span><b> referents i facilitadors de<\/b> <b>recursos i aprenentatges<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, amb propostes suficients i bones per a poder indagar qui s\u00f3n, qu\u00e8 necessiten i aconseguir aprenentatges profunds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ho fem <\/span><b>conven\u00e7uts que cadascun d\u2019ells i elles \u00e9s \u00fanic, valu\u00f3s i digne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la confian\u00e7a necess\u00e0ria per abordar el seu propi recorregut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens servim dels temps, les metodologies, les eines i els materials que elaborem, i <\/span><b>ens mantenim en un proc\u00e9s de reflexi\u00f3 i revisi\u00f3 permanent,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que implica tot l\u2019equip.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treballem des de la <\/span><b>inquietud professional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el <\/span><b>comprom\u00eds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> amb el projecte, i <\/span><b>l\u2019estimaci\u00f3 pels nois i noies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i les seves fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per qu\u00e8 treballem<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per contribuir a <\/span><b>la maduraci\u00f3, l\u2019enfortiment i l\u2019educaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dels nois i noies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per facilitar-los <\/span><b>aprenentatges profunds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des del treball de les <\/span><b>compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques i clau<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per a l\u2019aprenentatge en base al <\/span><b>pensament cr\u00edtic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i a la <\/span><b>resoluci\u00f3 de problemes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i reptes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des del <\/span><b>treball col\u00b7laboratiu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i la <\/span><b>comunicaci\u00f3 efectiva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del coneixement i els processos d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des de la <\/span><b>mentalitat de creixement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i la <\/span><b>confian\u00e7a en les pr\u00f2pies capacitats<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, obrint pas a l\u2019aprenentatge autodirigit.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 puguin assolir <b>un coneixement amb sentit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que <\/span><b>els estimuli a con\u00e8ixer el m\u00f3n i estimar-lo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> des de la curiositat, el sentit\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0cr\u00edtic, la reflexi\u00f3 i l\u2019alegria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Perqu\u00e8 estiguin <\/span><b>preparats,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> segueixin creixent i se\u2019n surtin en els seus nous <\/span><b>reptes personals en acabar l\u2019ESO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com ho fem<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formem <\/span><b>grups heterogenis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que inclouen diversos ritmes, interessos i capacitats, i enriqueixen el treball de tot el grup.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens organitzem en grups de <b>20 alumnes.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenim\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un\u00a0<\/span><b>marc horari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0general de 8.15 h a 15.00 h:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Amb dues pauses de 30\u2019 i 15<\/li>\n<li>Amb Sessions de 45\u2019 i Franges d\u20191h 30\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treballem amb <b>una proposta d\u2019aprenentatges pr\u00f2pia<\/b>, que combina tres \u00e0mbits generals i metodologies diverses:\n<ul>\n<li><b>El curricular espec\u00edfic<\/b> (mat\u00e8ries).<\/li>\n<li><b>Els aprenentatges interdisciplinaris<\/b> (<b>PTI<\/b>: projectes cientificotecnol\u00f2gics i socials;
