{"id":4135,"date":"2022-06-08T09:04:48","date_gmt":"2022-06-08T07:04:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslaserrasabadell\/?page_id=4135"},"modified":"2022-11-10T20:39:29","modified_gmt":"2022-11-10T19:39:29","slug":"diagnosi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslaserrasabadell\/projecte-educatiu\/estrategia-digital-de-centre\/estrategia\/diagnosi\/","title":{"rendered":"Diagnosi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>EINES<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a realitzar la diagnosi, la Comissi\u00f3 Digital del Centre ha utilitzat les seg\u00fcents eines:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Selfie al professorat, equip directiu i alumna<\/strong>t; la participaci\u00f3 del professorat ha estat de 81%, la de l\u2019equip directiu 75 %, i la de l\u2019alumnat del 34%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Formulari compet\u00e8ncia instrumental dels docents<\/strong>, amb una participaci\u00f3 de 81%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Valoraci\u00f3 dels resultats<\/strong> de les enquestes per la Comissi\u00f3 Digital de Centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquestes actuacions s&#8217;han dut a terme els mes de juny i octubre de l&#8217;any 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1xrPtI925TXFmJqxA1-3rWWgTQ3AIC5Xv\/view?usp=share_link\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enlla\u00e7 als resultats de l\u2019eina Selfie.<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>AN\u00c0LISI DELS RESULTATS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els resultats de les diferents eines de diagnosi mostren que el centre presenta<strong> una gran fortalesa<\/strong> en quant als <strong>recursos i suport pedag\u00f2gics,<\/strong> on professorat, alumnat i equip directiu valoren molt positivament tot els \u00edtems avaluats. En relaci\u00f3 a la <strong>implementaci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula del curr\u00edculum globalitzador a trav\u00e9s de projectes, fent servir eines TIC<\/strong>, la valoraci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat i l\u2019equip directiu \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 molt positiva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En quant a la detecci\u00f3 de possibles<strong> apectes a millorar<\/strong>, <strong>l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia digital<\/strong>, i el seu desenvolupament mitjan\u00e7ant equips de treball, la pr\u00f2pia i<strong>nfraestructura relacionada amb les TIC<\/strong> i la <strong>compartici\u00f3 d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies i bones pr\u00e0ctiques educatives<\/strong>, s\u00f3n els \u00edtems pitjor valorats pel professorat i l\u2019equip directiu. L\u2019alumnat, per contra, no fa una valoraci\u00f3 tant negativa d\u2019aquests aspectes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podem observar certes discrep\u00e0ncies en la mirada que fan els diferents sectors de la nostra Comunitat Educativa pel que fa a la<strong> reflexi\u00f3 i discussi\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00fas de la tecnologia (molt ben valorada per l\u2019alumnat,<\/strong> contr\u00e0riament al que pensen els i les docents), <strong>el suport t\u00e8cnic rebut<\/strong> (tamb\u00e9 <strong>valorat positivament per l\u2019alumnat<\/strong> segurament pel fet que el suport \u00e9s intern de centre, mentre que el professorat fa una pitjor valoraci\u00f3, en relaci\u00f3 probablement al suport extern).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pel que fa a la<strong> Compet\u00e8ncia Digital del professora<\/strong>t, l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de l\u2019enquesta realitzada mostra un <strong>alt grau de compet\u00e8ncia<\/strong> de forma general, amb un <strong>\u00fas generalitzat d\u2019Entorns Virtuals d\u2019Aprenentatge<\/strong> (en el nostre cas<strong> Classroom<\/strong>), i eines digitals de diferent tipologia: editors d\u2019imatges i videos, aplicacions que permeten la gamificaci\u00f3, eines col\u00b7laboratives, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019altra banda una baixa o inexistent participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies, no ens permet obtenir una visi\u00f3 general de tota la Comunitat Educativa, aix\u00ed com la manca d\u2019un protocol d\u2019acollida (i en concret d\u2019acollida digital del professorat, l\u2019alumnat i les fam\u00edlies) no facilita con\u00e8ixer la satisfacci\u00f3 envers a aquest important factor.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EINES Per a realitzar la diagnosi, la Comissi\u00f3 Digital del Centre ha utilitzat les seg\u00fcents eines: Selfie al professorat, equip directiu i alumnat; la participaci\u00f3 del professorat ha estat de 81%, la de l\u2019equip directiu 75 %, i la de l\u2019alumnat del 34%.
