Aquesta proposta deriva de l\u2019informe d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 final i del consell orientador, documents que elaborem en l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 final ordin\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es tracta d&#8217;un conjunt de propostes educatives que s\u2019adapta a les caracter\u00edstiques i necessitats de cada alumne i alumna. T\u00e9 la finalitat de donar continu\u00eftat a la din\u00e0mica escolar des d\u2019un punt de vista emocional, cognitiu o competencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019objectiu del pla d\u2019estiu \u00e9s divers i pret\u00e9n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mantenir el contacte amb els h\u00e0bits.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Connectar amb els seus interessos i desvetllar-ne de nous promovent la creativitat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sentir-se acompanyat en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Generar-se unes expectatives positives de futur.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gaudir de propostes en espais oberts amb altres companys i companyes de la mateixa edat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sentir-se incentivat i motivat en les arts pl\u00e0stiques i musicals i les activitats de moviment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>[<em><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1zpUn1-G0JKDC4zuQGAQrimfG08krEoaq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tasques d&#8217;estiu de l&#8217;ESO i 1r de batxillerat<\/a><\/em>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada tutor\/a, conjuntament amb el butllet\u00ed de qualificacions i el consell orientador, el facilita a cada alumne\/a.
