Considera que: \u201cuna ment calmada porta fortalesa interna i autoestima, dues coses importants per assolir la salut mental\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Segons Osho (fil\u00f2sof i mestre espiritual indi), estem meditant quan el nostre cos, la nostra ment i la nostra \u00e0nima funcionen de manera coordinada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Meditar \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica de concentraci\u00f3 mental<\/strong> per assolir un estat elevat de consci\u00e8ncia plena en el moment present. Aquest m\u00e8tode de recolliment interior d\u2019autoconeixement, ens ajuda a observar els nostres pensaments i sentiments, a calmar-nos, a con\u00e8ixer-nos millor, a ser conscients del nostre cos i moviments. Som conscients de tot el nostre entorn i podem ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7os sentint el nostre silenci i pau interior. Amb la meditaci\u00f3 gaudim de cada instant. \u00c9s la pr\u00e0ctica de viure el present. No ens hem de perdre en el passat ni en el futur. L&#8217;\u00fanic moment en qu\u00e8 s\u2019est\u00e0 viu i es pot tocar la vida \u00e9s en el moment present. La meditaci\u00f3 es pot practicar a trav\u00e9s de moltes t\u00e8cniques, algunes m\u00e9s complexes que d\u2019altres.
