La tradici\u00f3 ens convida a llan\u00e7ar a l&#8217;aire les \u201cCR\u00caPES\u201d, sostenint al m\u00e0nec de la paella una moneda que ens donar\u00e0 bona sort i prosperitat tot l&#8217;any.
