I per aix\u00f2 l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clau per estar saludable. Per\u00f2 tampoc \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanic que influeix; tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic, el benestar emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lloc hi ha <strong>l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>; t\u00e9 un pes fonamental. Una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen vegetal<\/strong>: \u00e9s important a base de les fruites, verdures, cereals etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En segon lloc hi ha<strong> la activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong>; tenint practica entre 30 i 60 minuts diaris de exercicis moderats, tamb\u00e9 no m\u00e9s de 2 hores al sof\u00e0 davant del televisor i ja per \u00faltim practica d&#8217;exercicis de meditaci\u00f3, relaxaci\u00f3 i estiraments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ja despr\u00e9s una mica m\u00e9s en general, hi ha tamb\u00e9 <strong>els h\u00e0bits saludables comuns<\/strong>; evitant el tabac i l&#8217;alcohol, mantenint una higiene adequada i prende el sol amb moderaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, totes aquestes coses tan &#8221; insignificants&#8221; que semblin, si no tenim precauci\u00f3 poden afectar la nostra salut d&#8217;una manera impressionant, sigui f\u00edsicament, com tamb\u00e9 psicol\u00f2gicament, ja que els h\u00e0bits tamb\u00e9 importen per tenir una vida sana i saludable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La import\u00e0ncia del benestar personal a la nostra vida o societat ha portat cada vegada m\u00e9s gent a preguntar-se com portar una vida saludable.
