L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clau per a\u00a0tenir salut, per\u00f2 no \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica cosa que importa, sin\u00f3 que l&#8217;exercici, el descans i els h\u00e0bits tamb\u00e9 importen per a portar una vida saludable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Fer exercici amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia:  no sols millora l&#8217;aspecte f\u00edsic sin\u00f3 que millora l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i dona energia.<br><br>3. Cuidar el descans: una mala higiene del somni produeix el doble de cansament i perjudica notablement la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
