I per aix\u00f2 seria molt interessant saber-ne una mica m\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Entre els molts dels \u00e0parts vene\u00e7olans, uns dels m\u00e9s tradicionals s\u00f3n<strong> l&#8217;arepa,<\/strong> aquesta b\u00e0sicament esta feta de farina de blat de moro, aigua i sal i tamb\u00e9 es pot emplenar amb el que sigui.<\/p>\n<p>En segon lloc hi ha el fam\u00f3s <strong>pavell\u00f3 crioll,<\/strong> aquest est\u00e0 compost amb arr\u00f2s blanc, pl\u00e0tan fregit, carn triturada i mongets negres.<\/p>\n<p>Un altre dels plats m\u00e9s t\u00edpics \u00e9s la <strong>cachapa,<\/strong> aquesta tradicionalment porta formatge de m\u00e0, un formatge fresc que es fon just quan la cachapa est\u00e0 calenta. Tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 feta amb blat de moro tendre m\u00f2lt.<\/p>\n<p>I ja per \u00faltim, estan <strong>els teque\u00f1os<\/strong>. Consisteix en un tros de formatge enrotllat en una massa de blat casolana, per ja despr\u00e9s fregir-los en oli i acompanyar-los amb la salsa que cadasc\u00fa prefereixi.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, tots els plats vene\u00e7olans s\u00f3n molts importants i sobretot s\u00faper deliciosos.
