Jocs mentals: entrenar el cervell de manera divertida<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els jocs mentals no nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n un passatemps, tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n una forma excel\u00b7lent d&#8217;exercitar el teu cervell! Mem\u00f2ria visual: recorda millor amb imatges i associacions<\/strong><br \/>\nDe vegades, recordar alguna cosa sembla molt dif\u00edcil. Per\u00f2 el cervell hum\u00e0 t\u00e9 una habilitat incre\u00efble per recordar imatges. Aix\u00ed que, en lloc de tractar de memoritzar paraules, podries associar-les amb alguna cosa visualment interessant? Aquesta \u00e9s una bona t\u00e8cnica<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemple<\/strong>: Si necessites recordar la llista de pa\u00efsos a Europa, imagina un mapa a la teva ment, amb cada pa\u00eds representat per una imatge que et resulti familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta t\u00e8cnica activa diferents parts del teu cervell, fent que la informaci\u00f3 sigui molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil de recordar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Dormir b\u00e9: recarrega el teu cervell mentre dorms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sabem que quan tenim molt per estudiar, \u00e9s temptador dormir, per\u00f2 la veritat \u00e9s que el somni \u00e9s un dels millors aliats de la teva mem\u00f2ria. Mentre dorms, el teu cervell processa el que vas aprendre durant el dia i el converteix en records m\u00e9s s\u00f2lids.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consells per dormir millor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Intenta tenir una rutina de son establerta. Ves al llit i desperta&#8217;t a la mateixa hora cada dia.<br \/>\nEvita l\u2019 \u00fas de pantalles abans de dormir (el m\u00f2bil tamb\u00e9), ja que la llum pot dificultar el son.<br \/>\nIntenta dormir entre 7 i 9 hores a la nit.<br \/>\nDormir prou no nom\u00e9s t&#8217;ajuda a recordar all\u00f2 que vas estudiar, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 et fa sentir m\u00e9s relaxat i menys ansi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Alimentaci\u00f3 i exercici: nodreix la teva ment i cos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El cervell tamb\u00e9 necessita combustible per funcionar b\u00e9. Menjar de manera saludable i fer exercici regularment t\u00e9 un impacte directe en la capacitat per concentrar i aprendre. Aliments com els fruits secs, el peix i les fruites i verdures s\u00f3n essencials per mantenir la teva ment \u00e0gil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aliments recomanats:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ametlles, nous i altres fruits secs rics en greixos saludables.<br \/>\nPeix blau (com el salm\u00f3) que cont\u00e9 omega-3.<br \/>\nFruites fresques (com ara nabius i taronges) que estan plenes d&#8217;antioxidants.<br \/>\nI a m\u00e9s, no oblidis moure&#8217;t.
