{"id":24579,"date":"2025-02-05T12:25:55","date_gmt":"2025-02-05T11:25:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/?p=24579"},"modified":"2025-02-05T12:25:55","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T11:25:55","slug":"receptes-tipiques-despanya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/revista\/receptes-tipiques-despanya\/","title":{"rendered":"Receptes t\u00edpiques d&#8217;Espanya"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Recepta de creps<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients (per a 8-10 creps):<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tassa de farina (uns 120 g).<\/li>\n<li>2 ous.<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa i mitja de llet (uns 300 ml).<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades de mantega desfeta (o oli de gira-sol).<\/li>\n<li>Una mica de sal.<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de sucre (si les vols dolces).<\/li>\n<li>Un toc de vainilla (opcional, nom\u00e9s si les fas dolces).<\/li>\n<li>Una mica m\u00e9s de mantega o oli per untar la paella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Passos per fer les creps:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepara la massa:<\/strong><br \/>\nPosa la farina i la sal (i el sucre, si vols) en un bol gran. Fes un forat al mig, com un volc\u00e0, i trenca els ous al centre. Remena mentre vas afegint la llet a poc a poc. Afegeix la mantega desfeta i la vainilla, si cal. La massa ha de quedar l\u00edquida, com una sopa fina. Si \u00e9s massa espessa, afegeix una mica m\u00e9s de llet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deixa reposar la massa (opcional):<\/strong><br \/>\nSi tens temps, deixa-la reposar uns 30 minuts a la nevera. Aix\u00f2 far\u00e0 que les creps quedin m\u00e9s bones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuina les creps:<\/strong><br \/>\nEscalfa una paella antiadherent amb una gota de mantega o oli. Amb un cullerot (o una tassa petita), aboca una mica de massa al centre de la paella. Mou-la r\u00e0pidament perqu\u00e8 la massa cobreixi tota la superf\u00edcie. Deixa coure durant un minut o dos, fins que vegis que els costats es comencen a desenganxar. Gira la crep amb compte (pots fer servir una esp\u00e0tula) i cuina-la uns segons m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serveix-les!<\/strong><br \/>\nSi les vols dolces, pots posar-hi Nutella, melmelada, fruita o nata. Si les vols salades, pots afegir-hi pernil dol\u00e7, formatge o el que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Recepta de paella<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tasses d&#8217;arr\u00f2s bomba (o arr\u00f2s per a paella).<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kg de pollastre, a trossos.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kg de conill, a trossos.<\/li>\n<li>200 g de mongeta tendra (bajoqueta).<\/li>\n<li>150 g de garrof\u00f3 (fesol gros).<\/li>\n<li>1 tom\u00e0quet gran, ratllat.<\/li>\n<li>1 culleradeta de pebre vermell dol\u00e7.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 culleradeta de safr\u00e0 o colorant alimentari.<\/li>\n<li>1 litre de brou de pollastre o aigua.<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gust.<\/li>\n<li>Branquetes de roman\u00ed (opcional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Passos per fer la paella:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepara els ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\nRenta i talla les mongetes tendres a trossos. Desgrana el garrof\u00f3 si \u00e9s fresc o utilitza&#8217;l congelat o en conserva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuina les carns:<\/strong><br \/>\nEn una paella gran, escalfa un bon raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Enrosseix el pollastre i el conill a trossos fins que estiguin ben daurats.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afegeix les verdures:<\/strong><br \/>\nIncorpora les mongetes tendres i el garrof\u00f3. Sofregeix tot durant uns minuts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepara el sofregit:<\/strong><br \/>\nFes un espai al centre de la paella i afegeix el tom\u00e0quet ratllat. Sofregeix-lo fins que es redueixi. Incorpora el pebre vermell dol\u00e7, remenant r\u00e0pidament perqu\u00e8 no es cremi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s:<\/strong><br \/>\nIncorpora l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i remou perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;impregni b\u00e9 dels sabors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afegeix el brou:<\/strong><br \/>\nAboca el brou calent (aproximadament el doble del volum d&#8217;arr\u00f2s) i afegeix el safr\u00e0 o el colorant. Ajusta la sal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuina la paella:<\/strong><br \/>\nCou a foc fort durant els primers 10 minuts. Despr\u00e9s, baixa el foc i cuina a foc lent durant uns 10-15 minuts m\u00e9s, fins que l&#8217;arr\u00f2s estigui cuit i el l\u00edquid s\u2019hagi evaporat. No remenis l&#8217;arr\u00f2s durant la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deixa reposar:<\/strong><br \/>\nRetira la paella del foc i deixa-la reposar tapada amb un drap net durant uns minuts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Decora i serveix:<\/strong><br \/>\nSi vols, pots decorar amb branquetes de roman\u00ed. Serveix calent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Recepta de truita de patates<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 patates mitjanes.<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba (opcional).<\/li>\n<li>5-6 ous.<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Passos per fer la truita de patates:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepara les patates:<\/strong><br \/>\nPela les patates i talla-les a rodanxes fines o a daus petits, segons prefereixis. Si fas servir ceba, pica-la finament.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fregeix les patates i la ceba:<\/strong><br \/>\nEscalfa abundant oli d&#8217;oliva en una paella gran a foc mitj\u00e0. Afegeix les patates i la ceba (si la fas servir) i fregeix-les a foc mitj\u00e0-baix, remenant de tant en tant, fins que estiguin tendres per\u00f2 no daurades (uns 15-20 minuts).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Escorre les patates i la ceba, reservant una mica de l\u2019oli.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bateu els ous:<\/strong><br \/>\nEn un bol gran, bat els ous i afegeix-hi sal al gust. Incorpora-hi les patates i la ceba i barreja b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualla la truita:<\/strong><br \/>\nEscalfa una mica de l\u2019oli reservat en una paella a foc mitj\u00e0. Aboca-hi la barreja i cuina a foc mitj\u00e0-baix durant uns 5-7 minuts, movent la paella de tant en tant per evitar que s\u2019enganxi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gira la truita:<\/strong><br \/>\nCol\u00b7loca un plat gran o una tapadora sobre la paella, gira la truita amb cura i llisca-la de nou a la paella per coure l&#8217;altre costat durant 3-5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serveix:<\/strong><br \/>\nDeixa reposar un parell de minuts abans de servir. Es pot menjar calenta o a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Recepta de pa amb tom\u00e0quet<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 llesques de pa (preferiblement de pag\u00e8s o de barra r\u00fastica).<\/li>\n<li>2 tom\u00e0quets madurs.<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Passos per fer el pa amb tom\u00e0quet:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepara el pa:<\/strong><br \/>\nTorra lleugerament les llesques si t\u2019agrada que estiguin cruixents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frega el tom\u00e0quet:<\/strong><br \/>\nParteix els tom\u00e0quets per la meitat i frega la polpa sobre les llesques fins que quedin ben impregnades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afegeix oli i sal:<\/strong><br \/>\nAfegeix un bon raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i empolvora amb una mica de sal al gust.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serveix:<\/strong><br \/>\nServeix immediatament com a aperitiu, esmorzar o acompanyament.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recepta de creps Ingredients (per a 8-10 creps): 1 tassa de farina (uns 120 g). 2 ous. 1 tassa i mitja de llet (uns 300 ml). 2 cullerades de mantega desfeta (o oli de gira-sol).
