Per exemple, el 70% est\u00e0 intentant menjar m\u00e9s fruita i verdura. A m\u00e9s, molts han deixat de prendre refrescos com la Coca-Cola o sucs industrials, i ara prefereixen beure aigua o sucs naturals. Diuen que amb aquests canvis es senten amb m\u00e9s energia i millor en general.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha m\u00e9s gent de la nostra edat que fa esport fora de les classes d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, com c\u00f3rrer, ballar, anar amb bici o simplement caminar. Aix\u00f2 no nom\u00e9s serveix per estar en forma, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 et fa estar de millor humor, relaxar-te i fins i tot dormir millor. Molts prefereixen fer exercici abans que passar hores amb el m\u00f2bil o mirant la tele.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, encara hi ha un problema amb el son. Molts es queden fins tard amb el m\u00f2bil o altres pantalles i nom\u00e9s dormen 6 o 7 hores, quan haur\u00edem de dormir entre 8 i 10. Aix\u00f2 fa que ens costi m\u00e9s concentrar-nos o estiguem de mal humor, per\u00f2 cada cop hi ha m\u00e9s adolescents que intenten posar l\u00edmits per descansar millor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s guai veure com ens preocupem m\u00e9s per la salut.
