Aquestes difer\u00e8ncies enriqueixen la nostra societat, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 poden generar desafiaments si no es respecten els drets de totes les persones de la mateixa manera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els drets humans s\u00f3n un conjunt de principis que busquen garantir la dignitat i la igualtat de totes les persones, sense importar l&#8217;origen, les creences o la identitat. Aquests drets estan protegits per lleis i organismes internacionals, com ara l&#8217;ONU, que treballen per erradicar la discriminaci\u00f3 i promoure la igualtat a tot el m\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot i els aven\u00e7os, encara hi ha nombrosos reptes relacionats amb la discriminaci\u00f3 i la viol\u00e8ncia cap a grups diversos.
