{"id":24097,"date":"2024-11-25T14:25:24","date_gmt":"2024-11-25T13:25:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/?p=24097"},"modified":"2024-11-25T14:25:24","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T13:25:24","slug":"recepta-nadalenca-tronc-de-nadal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/revista\/recepta-nadalenca-tronc-de-nadal\/","title":{"rendered":"Recepta nadalenca: tronc de nadal\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hola a tots i totes!<\/p>\n<p>Avui us porto una recepta espectacular perqu\u00e8 la feu a casa i deixeu tothom amb la boca oberta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s s\u00faper f\u00e0cil de fer i us asseguro que us quedar\u00e0 bon\u00edssim! \u00a0\ud83e\uddc1<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Tronc de nadal Red Velvet\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>4 persones\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">35 min<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ous<\/li>\n<li>100 grams de sucre<\/li>\n<li>100 grams de farina<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades de colorant vermell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Pel farciment<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>250 grams de formatge (tipus Philadelphia)<\/li>\n<li>250 grams de nata per muntar<\/li>\n<li>75 grams de sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Per decorar<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Sucre gla\u00e7<\/li>\n<li>Groselles (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Procediment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>1. Trenquem els ous i separem els rovells de les clares. Batem els rovells amb la meitat del sucre i el colorant. Afegim la farina i ho barregem tot.<\/p>\n<p>2. Semimuntem les clares i hi afegim la resta del sucre. Acabem de muntar-les i Despr\u00e9s, les barregem amb la massa que hav\u00edem preparat abans.<\/p>\n<p>3. Escalfem el forn a 160 \u00b0C. Folrem la safata amb paper de forn i afegim la massa. Ho posem a coure entre 8 i 10 minuts. Traiem el pa de pessic del forn i el girem damunt d\u2019un drap net i humit. Traiem el paper, l\u2019enrotllem amb compte i el deixem refredar.<\/p>\n<p>4. Barregem el formatge amb el sucre. Muntem la nata i l\u2019afegim a poc a poc. Desenrotllem el pa de pessic, el cobrim amb la crema i l\u2019enrotllem una altra vegada.
