Al llarg de la vida, la salut mental \u00e9s un recurs fonamental que ens permet fer front a les complexitats emocionals i psicol\u00f2giques, gaudir d&#8217;una qualitat de vida plena i contribuir de manera positiva a la societat en conjunt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ara b\u00e9, dins de la salut mental, hi ha les malalties mentals, aquestes s\u00f3n trastorns que perjudiquen el pensament, l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i el comportament d&#8217;una persona que les pateix. D&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) existeixen un 400 tipus de trastorns mentals.
