I aix\u00ed podr\u00e0s sorprendre la teva fam\u00edlia amb aquesta saborosa recepta<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\nEspaguetis<br \/>\nFormatge en pols<br \/>\nBac\u00f3<br \/>\nOus<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per bullir la pasta:<\/strong><br \/>\n-Primer posem a bullir l&#8217;aigua amb una mica de sal<br \/>\n-Quan arrenca a bullir posem aproximadament 200 grams d&#8217;espaguetis<br \/>\n-Quan passin 10 min. (dep\u00e8n del tipus de pasta), ho aboquem tot a un colador amb un recipient a sota per aprofitar l&#8217;aigua de cocci\u00f3\u00a0 que m\u00e9s <span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">endavant utilitzarem<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Per fer el bac\u00f3<\/strong>:<br \/>\n-Posem oli a una paella per fer el bac\u00f3<br \/>\n-Quan la paella estigui calenta aboquem 250 grams de bac\u00f3 en tires i anem removent perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganxi a la paella fins que estigui dauradet<br \/>\n-El treiem del foc i el reservem en un recipient guardant tot l&#8217;oli a la paella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per fer la salsa:<\/strong><br \/>\n-Per la salsa necessitarem tres rovells d&#8217;ou<br \/>\n-Seguidament, posem una mica de formatge en pols i batem<br \/>\n-Un cop batut afegim m\u00e9s formatge i tornem a batre (com m\u00e9s formatge m\u00e9s densa quedar\u00e0 la salsa)<br \/>\nFinalment, aboquem l&#8217;oli del bac\u00f3 i fem una \u00faltima batuda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per servir:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Ara nom\u00e9s falta posar una mica d&#8217;aigua que hem guardat dels espaguetis a l&#8217;olla on posem la pasta<br \/>\n-Tamb\u00e9 posarem el bac\u00f3 i ho barrejarem b\u00e9<br \/>\n-Afegim la salsa que hem fet abans<br \/>\n-Seguidament, tornem a afegir una mica d&#8217;aigua de l&#8217;ebullici\u00f3 i ens assegurem que quedi tot ben barrejat<br \/>\n-Finalment ens ho servim al plat<br \/>\n-I el toc final: una mica de formatge ratllat i a menjar.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I aqu\u00ed un petit v\u00eddeo que us il\u00b7lustrar\u00e0 el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Recepte cuina\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fmaIi3J1ipw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estem acostumats a menjar la pasta de la mateixa manera: amb bolonyesa, carbonara, amb formatge&#8230; Per aix\u00f2 hem elaborat aquest tipus de carbonara en la qual no fem servir nata i molt f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pid de cuinar.
