Aquest projecte s\u2019ha dut a terme pels alumnes del <\/span><b>cicle formatiu de carrosseria de l&#8217;institut Lacet\u00e0nia de Manresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, dins el conveni de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 que Roberlo mant\u00e9 amb el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat i els centres amb formaci\u00f3 professional de reparaci\u00f3 de carrosseria.<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/PTV-ROBERLO4.1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14649 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/PTV-ROBERLO4.1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"464\" height=\"222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/PTV-ROBERLO4.1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/PTV-ROBERLO4.1-300x144.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/PTV-ROBERLO4.1-768x368.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 464px) 100vw, 464px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019acte va tenir lloc a les instal\u00b7lacions de Riudellots de la Selva, on es van despla\u00e7ar els alumnes i professors que van participar en la restauraci\u00f3 i van explicar tot el procediment del proc\u00e9s. Tamb\u00e9 hi va assistir el propietari del vehicle, Antoni Tach\u00f3. L\u2019acte va acabar amb una visita a les instal\u00b7lacions productives i amb l\u2019exposici\u00f3 del <\/span><b>PTV250<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Al setembre de 2021 Antoni Tach\u00f3 va cedir el seu <\/span><b>PTV 250<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, de l\u2019any 1959, al centre formatiu <\/span><b>LACET\u00c0NIA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> per tal que els alumnes de <\/span><b>segon curs de grau mig del cicle de formaci\u00f3 professional en carrosseria del institut Lacet\u00e0nia de Manresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, dins el marc del projecte DUAL posessin en pr\u00e0ctica els coneixements que adquirien al llarg del curs, utilitzant les solucions de Roberlo.<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Redimensionat.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14647 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Redimensionat.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"361\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Redimensionat.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Redimensionat-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Redimensionat-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Redimensionat-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 361px) 100vw, 361px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els principals danys que presentava el microcotxe eren la corrosi\u00f3 localitzada als baixos i a diferents punts de la carrosseria, a part de no incorporar peces originals i altres detalls com l\u2019entapissat. Una vegada desmuntada la totalitat del cotxe es va procedir a decapar tota la carrosseria i el xass\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed es va conformar la xapa, substituir les parts mes oxidades i aplicar massilla, aparell, antigraveta a les peces inferiors i finalment pintura <\/span><b>Blucrom<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> i vern\u00eds. Es va aprofitar l\u2019ocasi\u00f3 per repintar el cotxe bicolor, imitant l\u2019acabat m\u00e9s lux\u00f3s del model <\/span><b>PTV 250<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, de color vermell i blanc trencat. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, durant el proc\u00e9s de restauraci\u00f3 es va comptar amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de <\/span><b>Jaume Jubert<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, planxista jubilat i gran expert en microcotxes PTV\u2019s.<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Massilla.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14651 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Massilla.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Massilla.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Massilla-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Massilla-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Massilla-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cesc Comas, cap del departament de Manteniment i Transport de vehicles de l\u2019institut Lacet\u00e0nia i Marti Fernandez professor del cicle de grau mig de carrosseria, han liderat el projecte i afirmaven que \u201cla implicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat ha sigut molt bona, i han pogut apreciar que la restauraci\u00f3 d\u2019un vehicle no \u00e9s una cosa f\u00e0cil, ni r\u00e0pida, que implica concentraci\u00f3 i actitud de voler aprendre\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PTV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> va ser una marca de microcotxes manresana de l\u2019empresa Autom<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Perfilat.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14652 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Perfilat.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"343\" height=\"257\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Perfilat.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Perfilat-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Perfilat-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inslacetania\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1045\/2022\/07\/Perfilat-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/><\/a>\u00f3viles Utilitarios S.A (AUSA), de fabricaci\u00f3 \u00edntegrament nacional. El seu model m\u00e9s fam\u00f3s va ser el <\/span><b>PTV 250<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, un vehicle de dues places descapotable, amb una potencia <\/span><b>11CV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que arribava als 75 Km i que se\u2019n van fabricar unes 1100 unitats. La producci\u00f3 de microcotxes va finalitzar el 1961 i l\u2019empresa va derivar la seva activitat cap als bolquets, i carretons elevadors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a
