Seguidament la posem en un bol amb un rovell d&#8217;ou, sucre i ho barregem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dividim l&#8217;ametlla marcona molta en tres parts i l&#8217;afegim al bol amb la barreja de la patata. Quan estigui ben barrejat, hi afegim la segona part d&#8217;ametlla i, al cap d&#8217;una estona, la tercera part amb la ratlladura d&#8217;una llimona (evitant rascar la part blanca, que \u00e9s amarga). Ho barregem tot fins que estigui uniforme i ho pastem al tallador o al marbre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De la barreja, en fem una bola i la posem en un bol. La tapem amb un drap de cot\u00f3 i deixem que reposi durant tot un dia a temperatura ambient. Un cop passades 24 hores, ho dividim en dues parts i en fem dues barres. D&#8217;una barra, en farem boletes i de l&#8217;altra, bastonets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguidament, batem 2 ous i en fem dues particions que posem en dos plats fondos: en un hi posem l&#8217;ametlla i en l&#8217;altre, els pinyons.
