{"id":9814,"date":"2022-05-23T13:57:44","date_gmt":"2022-05-23T11:57:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insjvfoix\/?p=9814"},"modified":"2022-05-27T09:23:21","modified_gmt":"2022-05-27T07:23:21","slug":"la-produccio-del-vi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insjvfoix\/general\/la-produccio-del-vi\/","title":{"rendered":"La producci\u00f3 del vi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest curs, l\u2019alumnat\u00a0 de 1r ESO del centre ha apadrinat el Celler de Rub\u00ed i, des de la mat\u00e8ria de ci\u00e8ncies de la naturalesa, hem volgut recrear la producci\u00f3 del vi al laboratori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Han apr\u00e8s, de forma pr\u00e0ctica, que el llevat que trobem a les neveres dels supermercats cont\u00e9 \u00e9ssers vius que es nodreixen de sucres i, com a prova d\u2019aix\u00f2,\u00a0 alliberen di\u00f2xid de carboni i alcohol. El CO<sub>2<\/sub> alliberat inflar\u00e0 el globus de l\u2019ampolla en qu\u00e8 hem posat\u00a0 sucres a m\u00e9s d\u2019aigua i llevat; en canvi, el globus de l\u2019ampolla on est\u00e0 el llevat i l\u2019aigua sense res m\u00e9s no s\u2019infla.
