Informen Erika Llenas i Carlota Palm\u00e9s."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El passat dimecres 12 de febrer, l\u2019equip de rugby Anoia va venir a l\u2019institut per fer\u00a0 una masterclass al parc del xipreret durant l&#8217;hora d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica de 3r d\u2019ESO per aprendre\u00a0 all\u00f2 m\u00e9s b\u00e0sic del rugby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La classe va comen\u00e7ar amb un escalfament on es corria una volta a la pista de futbol i\u00a0 quan el monitor ho deia havien de parar i fer \u201cskipping\u201d, flexions, abdominals i soldadets.
