A causa de la situaci\u00f3 que estem vivint aquests dies provocada pel coronavirus, resulta evident la import\u00e0ncia de fer activitat f\u00edsica durant el confinament per mantenir la salut f\u00edsica i mental del conjunt de la poblaci\u00f3. Per aix\u00f2 el DEFC 2020 no pot faltar a la seva cita.
