Un repte que premia el talent, fomenta la formaci\u00f3 i connecta els futurs xefs amb els l\u00edders de l\u2019alta cuina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La semifinal es va celebrar al F\u00f2rum Gastron\u00f2mic de Barcelona, a l\u2019estand de Transgourmet, on els seleccionats van competir en directe. La gran final va tenir lloc el <strong>3 de desembre de 2025<\/strong>, amb un jurat excepcional format pels <strong>Germans Torres<\/strong> (Cocina Hermanos Torres ***) i <strong>Javier Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> (Restaurant Castell de Peralada *), que decidiran el guanyador d\u2019aquesta edici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Felicitats a la nostra alumna In\u00e9s Martino P\u00e9rez per la seva
