L\u2019IGB assumeix i garanteix\u00a0 la continu\u00eftat formativa de l\u2019alumnat que encara cursa estudis en aquell moment a l\u2019ESHOB.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00b4Institut de la Gastronomia de Barcelona \u00e9s un centre de titularitat p\u00fablica ubicat al n\u00famero 241 del Passeig del Taulat, a la ciutat de Barcelona. Es troba concretament al districte de Sant Mart\u00ed, en una zona coneguda com el 22@ ,al barri del Poblenou. L\u00b4Institut compta amb tota l\u00b4estructura necess\u00e0ria per donar resposta a les teves necessitats formatives dins d\u00b4un edifici modern i ben il\u00b7luminat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00b4Institut consta actualment d\u00b4un espai de 4500 metres quadrats d\u2019instal\u00b7lacions amplies amb llum natural. Tamb\u00e9 disposa d\u2019un espai addicional de 500 m2 al recinte de Palo Alto.
