{"id":2341,"date":"2023-02-16T07:01:25","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T06:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insfortpius\/?page_id=2341"},"modified":"2024-12-24T09:08:38","modified_gmt":"2024-12-24T08:08:38","slug":"pat-pla-daccio-tutorial","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insfortpius\/pat-pla-daccio-tutorial\/","title":{"rendered":"PAT (Pla d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Tutorial)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el PAT?<\/strong><br \/>\nEl pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial (PAT) \u00e9s el document on es recullen totes les intervencions que els\/les<br \/>\ntutors\/es i el professorat del centre estan reaitzant en les seves sessions de tutoria amb l&#8217;alumnat.<br \/>\nL\u2019objectiu del PAT \u00e9s doble:<br \/>\n1.- Donar coher\u00e8ncia a l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial del centre.<br \/>\n2.- Facilitar orientacions i materials al professorat per portar-lo a terme.<br \/>\nEn els seg\u00fcents enlla\u00e7os trobareu el desenvolupament de les activitats programades per cada nivell de l&#8217;ESO, que han estat proposades per la Coordinaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica i consensuada per tot l&#8217;Equip de tutors i tutores de cada nivell.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
