A les classes d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica, l\u2019alumnat de 1r de Batxillerat ha iniciat el repte de condicionament f\u00edsic, un projecte din\u00e0mic on, al llarg de trimestre, combinen activitats dirigides i treball individual per analitzar el seu rendiment f\u00edsic, valorar les seves capacitats (for\u00e7a, resist\u00e8ncia, velocitat\u2026) i aprendre com millorar-les de manera conscient i saludable. No es tracta nom\u00e9s de fer exercici, sin\u00f3 d\u2019entendre el propi cos, marcar-se objectius realistes i adquirir eines per cuidar la salut a llarg termini.<\/p>\n
