Han comen\u00e7at preparant mostres de fulles de ceba, que han estat tenyides amb una soluci\u00f3 especial per fer m\u00e9s visibles les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. A continuaci\u00f3, han utilitzat un microscopi per observar les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules en detall.
