Dijous passat dia 26 d’abril, l’alumnat de 1r i 2n de batxillerat cient\u00edfic i tecnol\u00f2gic va assistir a una interessant xarrada del projecte SINGEK sobre microorganismes.<\/p>\n

L’objectiu del projecte SINGEK<\/a> \u00e9s formar una nova generaci\u00f3 de cient\u00edfics amb la major experi\u00e8ncia en la gen\u00f2mica de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules individuals, en angl\u00e8s, Single Cell Genomics (SCG), des de les etapes inicials de separaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular, amplificaci\u00f3 del genoma, seq\u00fcenciaci\u00f3 i anotaci\u00f3 de gens, fins a l’explotaci\u00f3 completa de les dades obtingudes. Aix\u00f2 permetr\u00e0 que, per primera vegada, la comunitat cient\u00edfica europea pugui abordar q\u00fcestions ecol\u00f2giques i evolutives crucials relacionades amb diferents microorganismes eucari\u00f2tics desconeguts fins ara.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
