Des de l&#8217;escriptura fins al chip, des de la balan\u00e7a romana fins a les nanotecnologies, biotecnologies i la qu\u00e0ntica, les societats han anat modificant-se. Tal \u00e9s l&#8217;import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;aquest fenomen que, avui, parlem de \u201csocietats o cultures tecnol\u00f2giques\u201d que s\u00f3n completament distintes tant pel que fa a les seves idees i creences, a les seves expresions pol\u00edtiques i culturals, o per les seves formes de relacionar-se les persones, a les societats d&#8217;\u00e8poques pret\u00e8rites, d&#8217;altra banda, no menys tecnol\u00f2giques. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Tampoc l&#8217;art, l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia i el judici est\u00e8tic en s\u00f3n aliens a aquestes transformacions. Podem veure en exposicions d&#8217;art com \u201cDocumenta\u201d (Kassel), Biennals (Ven\u00e8cia), i festivals de cinema, com les tecnologies actuals determinen les obres de l&#8217;art contemporani. Expressions art\u00edstiques com la pintura o l&#8217;escultura ocupen cada vegada menys espai a les parets d&#8217;aquestes exposicions en favor del video-art, net-art i altres. Veiem en el cinema com \u00e9s cada vegada m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent trobar imatges i efectes especials generades digitalment i menys actors davant la c\u00e0mera. Noves idees sobre nous suports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La generaci\u00f3 dels que ara s\u00f3n professors han viscut una de les transformacions tecnol\u00f2giques m\u00e9s r\u00e0pides i radicals de la hist\u00f2ria, l&#8217;anomenada \u201crevoluci\u00f3 digital\u201d. Les noves generacions, els nostres alumnes, nascuts ja tots al s. XXI, han vingut a un m\u00f3n plenament digital i audiovisual. La conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia \u00e9s que el llibre i la paraula escrita tenen, cada volta, una import\u00e0ncia menor. Aix\u00f2 hauria de ser decisiu a l&#8217;hora de plantejar uns plans d&#8217;estudis per a una societat tecnol\u00f2gica. Pedagogs i professors haurien de ser-ne molt conscients per adaptar-se a la nova situaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A cada casa hi ha m\u00faltiples pantalles (m\u00f2bil, ordinador, tablet, televisi\u00f3) per consumir tota mena de productes audiovisuals multim\u00e8dia (xarxes socials, imformaci\u00f3, entreteniment, publicitat, r\u00e0dio, tv, jocs, cinema, s\u00e8ries&#8230; ). <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s per als joves, com per a la majoria de la poblaci\u00f3, una escudella de missatges, imatges i sons que resulten atractius i vibrants. L&#8217;audiovisual pot ser percebut amb f\u00e0cilitat, \u00e9s immediat i efectiu. Un exc\u00e9s d\u2019est\u00edmuls i informacions, dif\u00edcils de pair sense una m\u00ednima <b>cultura audiovisual<\/b> i una certa capacitat cr\u00edtica que permeti discriminar el gra de la palla, i enfrontar-se a missatges t\u00f2xics o moralment reprobables que circulen pels mitjans sense cap mena de restricci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">L&#8217;escola ha de reaccionar i adaptar-se a aquesta nova realitat, ha de fer front a les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies perceptives i cognitives que se&#8217;n deriven, i donar una resposta coherent i planificada a un dels principals reptes que tenim com a educadors en una societat moderna: proporcionar als nostres alumnes una correcta <b>Alfabetitzaci\u00f3 Medi\u00e0tica<\/b>. O dit diferent, \u201cl&#8217;escola ha de proporcionar una Educaci\u00f3 Audiovisual, per a que els alumnes siguin competents en una nova societat\u201d<a class=\"sdfootnoteanc\" href=\"#sdfootnote1sym\" name=\"sdfootnote1anc\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Aix\u00ed doncs, aquesta alfabetitzaci\u00f3 medi\u00e0tica audiovisual \u201cs\u2019ha d\u2019entendre com el proc\u00e9s per el qual l\u2019alumnat millora la seva capacitat de comprendre i valorar cr\u00edticament els missatges generats pels grans mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, i al mateix temps, habilitar la seva compet\u00e8ncia com a creadors de missatges audiovisuals propis amb un alt grau de qualitat t\u00e8cnica, efic\u00e0cia comunicativa i originalitat\u201d. A m\u00e9s, \u201cs\u2019imposa la necessitat d\u2019incorporar a aquesta tasca una dimensi\u00f3 \u00e8tica que ajudi a crear una ciutadania madura i responsable, capa\u00e7 de posar en pr\u00e0ctica els valors humans que caracteritzen una societat justa, democr\u00e0tica i solid\u00e0ria\u201d<a class=\"sdfootnoteanc\" href=\"#sdfootnote2sym\" name=\"sdfootnote2anc\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La necessitat d&#8217;una Educaci\u00f3 Audiovisual concorda plenament amb les Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques del curr\u00edculum de secund\u00e0ria. L\u2019an\u00e0lisi i la producci\u00f3 de missatges audiovisuals s\u2019emmarca dins de les anomenades \u201ccompet\u00e8ncies comunicatives\u201d, tant la primera (Compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa ling\u00fc\u00edstica i audiovisual), com la segona (Compet\u00e8ncia art\u00edstica i cultural), per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es relaciona amb altres, com la Compet\u00e8ncia digital. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00c9s el prop\u00f2sit principal de <b>City Lights<\/b> proporcionar les eines b\u00e0siques que permetin als nostres alumnes relacionar-se amb tota la diversitat audiovisual, amb una certa dist\u00e0ncia cr\u00edtica, canviant l\u2019actitud passiva habitual del consumidor de cinema i televisi\u00f3, i facilitar els coneixements te\u00f2rics i els mitjans tecnol\u00f2gics pr\u00f2pis de la comunicaci\u00f3 audiovisual, per a uns alumnes competents i capa\u00e7os de crear missatges propis incidint, de forma especial, en la seva formaci\u00f3 en valors, per un m\u00f3n m\u00e9s just i solidari. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">De moment, City Lights mostra la producci\u00f3 audiovisual realitzada per els alumnes de l&#8217;Institut Dertosa.
