Entrevista a Jaume Mart\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Aquesta \u00e9s l\u2019entrevista, feta pels alumnes de revista, a Jaume Mart\u00ed, en\u00f2leg que ens visit\u00e0 per explicar als alumnes de cuina m\u00e9s a fons l\u2019art dels vins. El laboratori de ci\u00e8ncies naturals va deixar per unes hores el microscopi i va passar a ser un taller d&#8217;enologia o tast de vins. Alumnes de cuina van analitzar, o m\u00e9s aviat, tastar, el vi de la Terra Alta.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Com es diu?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Jaume Mart\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quin c\u00e0rrec ocupa dins la seva empresa?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Director de m\u00e0rqueting de l\u2019Agr\u00edcola Sant Josep.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019on ve?<\/p>\n<p><strong>De Gandesa per\u00f2 l\u2019 empresa \u00e9s a Bot, Terra Alta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quines qualitats tenen els vins de l\u2019 Agr\u00edcola Sant Josep?<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00e0sicament \u00e9s que tots estan elaborats de ra\u00efms de la Terra Alta, que \u00e9s una zona de producci\u00f3 de ra\u00efm que t\u00e9 un prestigi. Despr\u00e9s que la majoria estan elaborats amb garnatxa que \u00e9s una varietat de ra\u00efm tradicional de la nostra zona i , en tercer lloc , que quasi tots els vins que fem tenen una elaboraci\u00f3 molt acurada i en el cas concret dels \u2018\u2019 Ll\u00e0grimes de tardor\u2019\u2019 tenen una crian\u00e7a tradicional que \u00e9s molt important per a la qualitat de vi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quant podria durar aquest proc\u00e9s?<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019 elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;un vi en crian\u00e7a tradicional pot durar entre dos i cinc anys.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quins tipus de vins elaboreu?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fem bastants tipus de vins, vi blanc, vi rosat, vi negre, tamb\u00e9 fem los vins de licor tradicionals que es fan a la Terra Alta, \u2018\u2019Mistela blanca\u2019\u2019, \u2018\u2019Mistela negra\u2019\u2019,\u2019\u2019Ranci\u2019\u2019 i dintre dels vins blancs i negres fem vins per al consum. Dels joves durant el primer i segon any i, tamb\u00e9, vins amb crian\u00e7a que es poden consumir durant un per\u00edode superior als cinc anys.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fabriquen m\u00e9s un vi d&#8217;un tipus que d&#8217;un altre?<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s o menys el vint-i-cinc per cent del vi que venem \u00e9s en crian\u00e7a tradicional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On es venen aquests vins?<\/p>\n<p><strong>El noranta per cent a Catalunya i el deu per cent, aproximadament, a vint-i-dos pa\u00efsos arreu del m\u00f3n com per exemple: EUA, Austr\u00e0lia, Su\u00efssa, Andorra, B\u00e8lgica, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quin \u00e9s el vi m\u00e9s reconegut pels consumidors?<\/p>\n<p><strong>El vi que m\u00e9s ha agradat als consumidors \u00e9s \u2018\u2019Ll\u00e0grimes de tardor\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quin seria el preu d\u2019aquest vi?<\/p>\n<p><strong>El blanc costaria aproximadament 8,50 \u20ac i el negre, 8,00\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 li ha semblat questa experi\u00e8ncia?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Molt bona, perqu\u00e8 avui en dia la gent jove nom\u00e9s beu vi un o dos dies a la setmana. \u00c9s molt interessant per a nosaltres visitar llocs aix\u00ed com instituts per explicar les virtuts dels vins, per a que tinguin en compte que \u00e9s una beguda que no nom\u00e9s pot proporcionar bones sensacions sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una beguda molt interessant i important que forma part de la nostra cultura.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 els ha semblat als alumnes la seva visita?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els alumnes estan molt interessats incl\u00fas hi ha alguns que saben bastant sobre la cultura del vi, cosa que sempre, \u00e9s una sorpresa agradable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0lex Kudiev i Delfina Bilello 4t ESO<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/plus.google.com\/photos\/117836840430625277946\/albums\/5891961870734051009\/5891986363545531442?pid=5891986363545531442&amp;oid=117836840430625277946\">Entrevista a Jaume Mart\u00ed<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tast de vins .
