{"id":4185,"date":"2017-10-16T19:06:42","date_gmt":"2017-10-16T17:06:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insdertosa\/?p=4185"},"modified":"2017-10-24T21:05:34","modified_gmt":"2017-10-24T19:05:34","slug":"christian-escriba-visita-lescola-dhosteleria-terres-de-lebre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insdertosa\/portada\/christian-escriba-visita-lescola-dhosteleria-terres-de-lebre\/","title":{"rendered":"Christian Escrib\u00e0 visita l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hosteleria Terres de l\u2019Ebre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat divendres 6 d\u2019octubre, Christian Escrib\u00e0, propietari de les conegudes pastisseries \u201cEscrib\u00e0\u201d a Barcelona fundades el 1906, aix\u00ed com descendent d\u2019una tradicional nissaga de pastissers catalans,\u00a0 i de reconegut prestigi personal a nivell mundial, va realitzar una confer\u00e8ncia a l\u2019Escola de Hosteleria de les Terres de l\u2019Ebre.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, Christian Escriba se caracteritza per ser un dels m\u00e0xims exponents de la pastisseria \u201cespectacle\u201d realitzant grans celebracions i actes, i un impulsor de la fusi\u00f3 de l\u2019art amb la pastisseria.<\/p>\n<p>La confer\u00e8ncia va durar dues hores amb un aforament superior a cent alumnes de l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hosteleria, la presentaci\u00f3 la va realitzar Valero Munt\u00e9 professor de pastisseria a l\u2019Escola de Tortosa, i amic personal de Christian Escrib\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019inici de la confer\u00e8ncia el senyor Escrib\u00e0, va explicar que li feia una especial il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 venir a Tortosa, ja que la seva \u00e0via era de Tortosa, i que en les seves pastisseries de Barcelona, l\u2019\u00fanic producte que s\u2019oferia en els seus inicis i encara avui en dia roman, \u00e9s \u201cel pastisset de Tortosa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En la confer\u00e8ncia va explicar el concepte de\u00a0 pastisseria creativa que la impulsat a la fama de manera mundial, i com ho treballa emprant la tecnologia.
