Gr\u00e0cies a la invitaci\u00f3 del Patronat de Turisme de les Terres de l\u2019Ebre en nom de Joan Ced\u00f3 i la tasca duta a terme pels alumnes del cicle de Cuina i Gastronomia i tamb\u00e9 del cicle de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3 tant els directors generals, delegats i els tour operadors van poder gaudir de plats com ara la clotxa, llagostins de les Cases, marisc, arr\u00f2s i \u00e0nec del Delta, baldanes, abadejo, tonyina de l\u2019Atmetlla, taronges, carxofes i anguila. Tampoc van faltar les postres en forma de mini pastissets, coc en mel del Perell\u00f3, bescuit de clementines o coc de xocolata Creo. Aix\u00f3 s\u00ed, cuinat de formes ben diferents aplicant les noves t\u00e8cniques i tend\u00e8ncies de la cuina moderna en tocs d\u2019autor respectant al m\u00e0xim la gran qualitat dels productes de casa nostra, amanits amb l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva de les oliveres mil\u00b7len\u00e0ries i verge extre Baix Ebre Montsi\u00e0 i la sal del Delta.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s dels mitjans de not\u00edcies territorials, se\u2019n van fer ress\u00f2 grans cadenes nacionals i internacionlas. Programes com ara \u201cTelediario TVE1\u201d, \u201cAgrosfera TVE2\u201d, \u201cEspa\u00f1a Directo\u201d i<br \/>\ncadenes de r\u00e0dio com Catalunya Radio o Radio Lleida van lloar les magnifisc\u00e8ncies dels nostres productes.
