We are delighted to announce that the eTwinning project Ad Astra<\/em>, carried out by students from 1r batxillerat G, received the eTwinning National Quality Label. This recognition highlighted the quality of the project and its European dimension, as well as the active involvement of students and teachers in an innovative international learning experience.<\/p>\n

Ad Astra<\/em> was aimed at students aged 16\u201318 and used English as the common working language. The project brought together students from different European countries to explore three main themes: relationships, technology and the future world. Throughout the project, students worked in international teams, sharing ideas and perspectives around a specific novel and completing a range of creative tasks. They wrote dialogues and scripts and created digital content such as BookTuber posts, dubbing scenes and short videos.<\/p>\n

The international dimension was one of the most valuable aspects of the project. Students had the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with young people from different European countries, discovering new cultural perspectives while using English in meaningful and authentic situations.<\/p>\n

The project involved students and teachers from Institut Roquetes and Institut Dertosa, as well as Lyc\u00e9e Toulouse-Lautrec in Toulouse (France), Liceul Tehnologic nr. 1 G\u00e2lg\u0103u (Romania) and IIS Cassata-Gattapone in Gubbio (Italy).<\/p>\n

Through these activities, Ad Astra<\/em> promoted English language learning, digital competence, creativity, critical thinking and intercultural understanding. It also encouraged students to take an active role in their learning and to collaborate with peers beyond their own school and country.<\/p>\n

Receiving the eTwinning National Quality Label was an important recognition of the work carried out by both students and teachers. It celebrated a project that used literature, English and digital technology to build connections between young Europeans and encourage them to think about the present and the future.<\/p>\n

The title Ad Astra<\/em> \u2014 meaning \u201cto the stars\u201d<\/em> \u2014 perfectly represented the spirit of the project: learning together, looking beyond borders and reaching towards new possibilities.<\/p>\n
