The project encourages language learning, digital skills, and intercultural understanding, helping students communicate, cooperate, and create across borders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1038\">Students have already:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1275\">\n<li data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1100\">\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1100\">Sent greetings and messages to their partner schools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1165\">\n<p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1165\">Exchanged New Year\u2019s wishes with their project partners.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1275\">\n<p data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1275\">Begun reading a novel together, <em data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1249\">The Time Machine<\/em>\u00a0by <span style=\"font-family: inherit;font-size: 1em\">H.G. Wells<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1764\">Reading is a fundamental part of the project because it develops imagination, critical thinking, and cultural awareness. Through literature, students can reflect on human society, ethical questions, and possible futures. H.G. Wells is a key figure in science fiction, and <em data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1575\">The Time Machine<\/em> is important because it explores ideas about time, social change, and the consequences of human actions, offering both a thrilling story and a thought-provoking vision of the future.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"2008\">By engaging with Wells\u2019 work, students not only practice English and reading skills but also learn to think creatively about science, society, and the world of tomorrow, connecting literature with the themes of the Ad Astra project.<\/p>\n<p
