L\u2019alumnat de <\/span><b>2n d\u2019ESO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ha participat en la <\/span><b>primera trobada virtual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, un primer contacte per con\u00e8ixer els companys i companyes dels altres pa\u00efsos i comen\u00e7ar a reflexionar sobre la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019equilibrar el temps en l\u00ednia i fora de pantalles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En aquesta trobada hi han participat els <\/span><b>alumnes i la professora Anne-Sophie Saint-Sulpice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/school-education.ec.europa.eu\/en\/connect\/schools-organisations\/college-leon-marie-fournet\"><b>Coll\u00e8ge L\u00e9on Marie Fournet<\/b><\/a><b> Jassans Riottier, Fran\u00e7a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, i els <\/span><b>alumnes i la professora Mariona Estrada Arasa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, de l\u2019<\/span><b>Institut Dertosa (Tortosa). <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Properament, es far\u00e0 una altra trobada amb l\u2019altre centre participant provinent de <\/span><b>Let\u00f2nia <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/school-education.ec.europa.eu\/en\/connect\/schools-organisations\/plavniekkalna-sakumskola\"><b>P\u013cavniekkalna s\u0101kumskola<\/b><\/a><b> \u0136ekavas Novads) amb la seva professora Karina Gelasa.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Durant la sessi\u00f3, els estudiants es van presentar en angl\u00e8s i van intercanviar impressions sobre els seus h\u00e0bits digitals, fet que va ajudar a crear un ambient de confian\u00e7a i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 des del primer dia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En les properes setmanes, l\u2019alumnat treballar\u00e0 reptes compartits amb els seus socis internacionals, com ara:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Compartir experi\u00e8ncies sobre l\u2019\u00fas de dispositius digitals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> i les <\/span><b>activitats que m\u00e9s gaudeixen quan estan desconnectats<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Debatre en petits grups internacionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> qu\u00e8 significa per a ells un \u201cdigital detox\u201d i per qu\u00e8 pot ser benefici\u00f3s.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aquest projecte culminar\u00e0 amb la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una <\/span><b>\u201cDigital Detox Guide\u201d (Guia de Desintoxicaci\u00f3 Digital)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, amb idees i propostes per gaudir del temps lliure sense pantalles. The <\/span><b>2nd ESO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> students took part in the first virtual meeting, a first contact to get to know their peers from other countries and to start reflecting on the importance of balancing online and offline time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The meeting brought together the students and <\/span><b>teacher Anne-Sophie Saint-Sulpice from Coll\u00e8ge L\u00e9on Marie Fournet Jassans Riottier (France), and the students and teacher Mariona Estrada Arasa from Institut Dertosa (Tortosa).<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Another online meeting will soon be held with the third participating school from <\/span><b>Latvia (P\u013cavniekkalna s\u0101kumskola \u0136ekavas Novads) and their teacher Karina Gelasa.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During the session, students introduced themselves in English and exchanged impressions about their digital habits, helping to create a trusting and collaborative atmosphere from the very beginning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the coming weeks, students will work on shared challenges with their international partners, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Sharing experiences about the use of digital devices<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>the activities they enjoy most when they are offline.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Discussing in small international groups<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> what \u201cdigital detox\u201d means to them and why it can be beneficial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The project will culminate in the creation of a <\/span><b>\u201cDigital Detox Guide\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, with ideas and suggestions for enjoying free time without screens.
