L\u2019entitat va voler recon\u00e8ixer l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de l\u2019Escola d\u2019hoteleria de l\u2019Institut Dertosa i va fer entrega de tres beques als millors expedients.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alumna Sarai Serres va ser la guardonada de la fam\u00edlia de Sala amb una beca de 300 euros i la possibilitat de realitzar l\u2019estada de pr\u00e0ctiques formatives en un Restaurant amb estrella Michelin.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la fam\u00edlia de Cuina, l\u2019afortunat va ser Itta\u00ef Garc\u00eda que tamb\u00e9 va rebre la quantitat de 300 euros i la possibilitat de realitzar l\u2019estada de pr\u00e0ctiques formatives en un Restaurant amb estrella Michelin.<\/p>\n<p>En la modalitat de pastisseria, la guanyadora de la Beca va ser Tania Herrera.<\/p>\n<p>Socis, restauradors de les Terres de l\u2019Ebre, representats politics, alumnat premiat i les seves fam\u00edlies i equip directiu de l\u2019Escola ens vam reunir en el Restaurant Juanito de La R\u00e0pita per homenatjar els premiats.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a tota la Junta de l\u2019entitat per l\u2019esdeveniment i el reconeixement a l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insdertosa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu144\/2025\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-06-14-at-10.02.06.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-15206\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insdertosa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu144\/2025\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-06-14-at-10.02.06-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ahir l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Gastron\u00f2mica de les Terres de l\u2019Ebre va entregar els Premis i Reconeixements del Curs 24\/25.
