Aquesta activitat, realitzada al centre formatiu, ha estat una oportunitat \u00fanica per als estudiants de con\u00e8ixer de primera m\u00e0 les t\u00e8cniques professionals en el treball amb la xocolata.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"831\">Durant el taller, Quadras ha ensenyat als alumnes els secrets del temperatge de la xocolata, aix\u00ed com les t\u00e8cniques per crear bombons i altres dol\u00e7os de manera precisa i creativa. Els estudiants han tingut l\u2019oportunitat de practicar en el proc\u00e9s de manipulaci\u00f3 de la xocolata, aprenent a aconseguir textures i sabors de m\u00e0xima qualitat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"1188\">A m\u00e9s, Josep Ramon Quadras ha compartit la seva experi\u00e8ncia dins del sector i ha destacat la import\u00e0ncia de la qualitat, la innovaci\u00f3 i la passi\u00f3 en la creaci\u00f3 de productes de xocolata.
