{"id":10310,"date":"2023-02-03T13:26:49","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T12:26:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insdertosa\/?p=10310"},"modified":"2023-02-03T13:26:49","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T12:26:49","slug":"el-ptt-dertosa-a-la-final-de-la-x-concurs-gastronomic-de-la-carxofa-de-benicarlo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insdertosa\/general\/el-ptt-dertosa-a-la-final-de-la-x-concurs-gastronomic-de-la-carxofa-de-benicarlo\/","title":{"rendered":"El PTT Dertosa a la Final de la X Concurs Gastron\u00f3mic de la Carxofa de Benicarl\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El dijous 2 de febrer, els estudiants Fatima Hamdi i Isma\u00efl Ouharda del PTT d\u2019Auxiliar de cuina i serveis de restauraci\u00f3 del Dertosa van participar en la Final de la X Concurs Gastron\u00f3mic de la Carxofa de Benicarl\u00f3, on van quedar els dos alumnes classificats entre les vuit millors elaboracions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El Concurs Gastron\u00f2mic de la Carxofa, que cada any organitza el Centre Integrat P\u00fablic de Formaci\u00f3 Professional (CIPFP) de Benicarl\u00f3, ha reunit desenes d\u2019estudiants de cicles formatius de cuina i sala de diferents centres educatius amb l\u2019objectiu de incentivar la creativitat i la innovaci\u00f3, amb la carxofa com a protagonista.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El concurs, que compta amb el suport de l\u2019Ajuntament de Benicarl\u00f3 i del Consell Regulador de la DO Carxofa de Benicarl\u00f3, a m\u00e9s d\u2019altres patrocinadors, ha tingut enguany un jurat de luxe format, en la categoria de cuina, per Jorge Rom\u00e1n, Pedro Berja, Guillem Forner i Alejandro Tena.
