{"id":13851,"date":"2025-01-27T18:24:37","date_gmt":"2025-01-27T17:24:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insdertosa\/?page_id=13851"},"modified":"2025-01-27T18:31:51","modified_gmt":"2025-01-27T17:31:51","slug":"proveidors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insdertosa\/projecte-educatiu\/proveidors\/","title":{"rendered":"Prove\u00efdors"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>CRITERIS D\u2019HOMOLOGACI\u00d3 DE PROVE\u00cfDORS<\/div>\n<div>Els criteris que es tindran en compte en l\u2019homologaci\u00f3 seran els seg\u00fcents:<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Facilitat compra (Proximitat f\u00edsica o accessibilitat telef\u00f2nica, e-mail, fax) (nota m\u00ednima: 7)<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Atenci\u00f3 al client (Inclou servei postvenda) (nota m\u00ednima: 6)<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Qualitat productes o serveis (nota m\u00ednima: 8)<br \/>\n\u2013 Anys d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia al sector (nota m\u00ednima: 5)<\/p>\n<div>Cadascun d\u2019aquests aspectes es puntuar\u00e0 sobre 10 i la puntuaci\u00f3 total m\u00ednima per obtenir l\u2019homologaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de 25 punts.<br \/>\nA m\u00e9s, es considerar\u00e0 favorablement el fet que el prove\u00efdor disposi d\u2019un sistema de qualitat certificat per un organisme o empresa independent.<br \/>\nAquest car\u00e0cter de prove\u00efdor homologat es pot perdre en cas d\u2019incid\u00e8ncia greu o per acumulaci\u00f3 d\u2019incid\u00e8ncies. La revocaci\u00f3 comportaria la baixa del registre de prove\u00efdors homologats, cosa que es comunicaria per escrit.<br \/>\nPer poder homologar un nou prove\u00efdor ser\u00e0 necessari realitzar
