F\u00edsicament,es considera una barreja de part\u00edcules extremadament petites i superf\u00edcies llises.Aix\u00ed doncs cont\u00e9 part\u00edcules que s\u00f3n impermeables i per tant al ser banyat en aigua queda menys solid.Al ser exposat al sol torna a agafar la seva solidesa original.A part d\u2019aquestes qualitats,el diametre \u00a0de les seves part\u00edcules \u00a0\u00e9s inferior a 0,002 mm.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La composici\u00f3 qu\u00edmica del components de l\u2019argila s\u00f3n els seguents:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">-la caolinita , de f\u00f3rmula Si2O5Al2(OH)4;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">-lamontmorillonita, de f\u00f3rmula Si4O10Al5\/3Mg1\/3Na1\/3(OH)2;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">-la illita, de f\u00f3rmula KAl2(AlSi3O10)(OH)2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019antiguitat d\u2019aquesta roca,que va ser trobada a l\u2019Empord\u00e0 no es coneix tot i que hi hagi hagut una llarga investigaci\u00f3 sobre la seva antiguitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00daS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L&#8217;argila, que \u00e9s procedent del sol o roca sediment\u00e0ria, \u00e9s pl\u00e0stica quan \u00e9s barrejada amb aigua, per\u00f2 \u00e9s dura i tena\u00e7 quan es cou en un forn. Aix\u00f2 ha perm\u00e8s a l&#8217;home des de l\u2019antiguitat<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">donar-li diferents usos, els m\u00e9s importants dels quals es troben en l&#8217;edificaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de recipients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LLOC D\u2019ORIGEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019Empord\u00e0 \u00e9s una comarca catalana sense \u00fas administratiu compresa entre les serres de l&#8217;Albera i Gavarres. En la divisi\u00f3 comarcal de 1936 dues comarques administratives en reberen el nom: l&#8217;Alt Empord\u00e0 i el Baix Empord\u00e0, i en una dotzena de municipis m\u00e9s lim\u00edtrofs a aquestes dues, disseminats actualment entre les comarques del Giron\u00e8s i el Pla de l\u2019Estany.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA PROCED\u00c8NCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les roques son de l\u2019escola Dovella (al carrer Mallorca) i un professor en pr\u00e1ctiques ens va deixar escollir les roques que actualment tenim.
