Tot i aix\u00f2, els adolescents tenim tend\u00e8ncia a fer uns \u00e0pats a corre cuita, malament i a deshores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segons alguns professionals\u00a0els adolescents tenim una dieta no gaire adequada que porta a l&#8217;obesitat si mengem m\u00e9s del que cal o a l&#8217;anor\u00e8xia si el nostre cos no rep tot el que necessita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Com acostuma a ser l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 dels adolescents?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al meu voltant, hi ha gent de tota mena, de moltes cultures i per tant que segueixen dietes ben diferents. Com diu la dita, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;esmorzar com un rei, dinar com un pr\u00edncep i sopar com un pobre. No tots els meus companys per\u00f2, esmorzen a casa com recomanen els metges, ni porten esmorzar per l&#8217;hora del pati i, si en porten, \u00e9s brioxeria industrial o coses dolces, en canvi d&#8217;altres que porten un entrep\u00e0 d&#8217;embotit. A l&#8217;hora de dinar n&#8217;hi ha que mengen alguna cosa r\u00e0pida, alta en greixos i amb poques prote\u00efnes per\u00f2 no els culpo, anar al McDonalds ens agrada a tots malgrat no ens conv\u00e9 anar-hi sovint, tot i aix\u00f2 la gran majoria t\u00e9 un \u00e0pat equilibrat. El berenar tot i que molts pensin que no, \u00e9s molt important ja que \u00e9s l&#8217;estona entre el dinar i el sopar que, vulguem o no, s\u00f3n bastantes hores i menjar alguna cosa no fa cap mal. Seria ideal menjar una pe\u00e7a de fruita o un iogurt per\u00f2 tinc persones al meu voltant que mengen brioxeria amb gran quantitat o, directament, no mengen res. Per sopar, molts mengen poca cosa i poc variada per\u00f2 altres mengen adequadament, ni amb exc\u00e9s, ni quedant-se amb gana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Com hauria de ser l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 dels adolescents?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Molts metges i nutricionistes, diuen que l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de les persones \u00e9s molt important pel bon funcionament de l&#8217;organisme. L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 hauria de ser equilibrada, aix\u00f2 comporta que hi hagi totes les prote\u00efnes, hidrats de carboni, greixos i vitamines que ens proporciona el menjar, en certa quantitat, per\u00f2 sense passar-se. I quina \u00e9s la alimentaci\u00f3 correcta?
