Les alumnes han de ser subjectes actius del proc\u00e9s educatiu i el centre<br>utilitzar\u00e0 les t\u00e8cniques m\u00e9s adequades per afavorir la seva motivaci\u00f3 i l\u2019activitat efica\u00e7.<br>Els processos i projectes que impulsem al centre estan for\u00e7a consolidats i van sempre<br>fonamentats pels trets identitaris del nostre Projecte Educatiu. Aix\u00f2 permet que el<br>professorat nouvingut tingui un model clar a seguir, amb protocols establerts, i s\u2019adapti<br>r\u00e0pidament a la l\u00ednia de centre. Els concretem en:<br>a. Fer un seguiment individualitzat i formar integralment l\u2019alumnat:<br>\u25cf A trav\u00e9s dels equips docent i sobretot les tutories altament reconegudes tant per les<br>alumnes i les seves fam\u00edlies com per tota la comunitat educativa<br>\u25cf Pla d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3. L\u2019alumnat se sent acompanyat i informat adequadament.<br>\u25cf Laterals i desdoblaments : atencions individuals i en petits grups dins l\u2019horari lectiu<br>en tots els estudis.<br>\u25cf Participaci\u00f3 al pla d\u2019entorn del barri de la Mariola on s&#8217;emmarca la mentoria<br>educativa (activitat palanca que en parlarem en el pla estrat\u00e8gic)<br>b. Treballar competencial i activament a les aules:<br>\u25cf Treball per projectes trimestral: Metodologia de treball cooperatiu i per projectes<br>multidisciplinaris trimestralment en tots els estudis.<br>\u25cf Incorporar sistem\u00e0ticament l&#8217;autoavaluaci\u00f3 com a eina de reflexi\u00f3 per la millora<br>personal, aplicant r\u00fabriques i altres eines d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3.<br>\u25cf Codoc\u00e8ncia: implantada en tot el centre i tots els estudis.<br>\u25cf Projecte de lleng\u00fces: totes les docents de l\u2019\u00e0mbit de comunicaci\u00f3 tenen una reuni\u00f3<br>setmanal per tal d\u2019impulsar l&#8217;\u00fas i l\u2019aprenentatge de les lleng\u00fces, especialment la<br>catalana.<br>c. Cultura digital<br>\u25cf \u00c9s una marca identit\u00e0ria del centre estar atents a totes les novetats en l\u2019\u00e0mbit digital<br>per facilitar i complementar l\u2019aprenentatge de les alumnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf La Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital de centre es reuneix quinzenalment. En formen part<br>membres de l\u2019equip directiu, i docents de tots els \u00e0mbits.<br>\u25cf Les FIC (que se&#8217;n fan cada curs facilitant i alterant m\u00ednimament l\u2019horari dels docents)<br>s\u00f3n de l\u2019\u00e0mbit digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
