{"id":5770,"date":"2025-12-04T13:05:17","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T12:05:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inscar\/?p=5770"},"modified":"2025-12-04T17:18:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T16:18:40","slug":"auxiliar-de-conversa-per-al-curs-2025-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inscar\/general\/auxiliar-de-conversa-per-al-curs-2025-26\/","title":{"rendered":"AUXILIAR DE CONVERSA PER AL CURS 2025\/26"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest curs acad\u00e8mic, el <strong>Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3<\/strong> de la Generalitat de Catalunya i el <strong>Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional<\/strong> han concedit al nostre centre el recurs d&#8217;una auxiliar de conversa en llengua anglesa a temps complet. Ens complau anunciar que la persona nomenada per a dur a terme aquest suport ha estat l&#8217;<strong>Amaya Pizzuti<\/strong>, nativa dels Estats Units, i estar\u00e0 amb nosaltres fins a principis de juny.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una auxiliar de conversa? Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El recurs d\u2019un\/a auxiliar de conversa t\u00e9 com a objectiu principal donar <strong>suport a l\u2019aprenentatge de lleng\u00fces estrangeres<\/strong>, fonamentalment pel que fa a la <strong>compet\u00e8ncia oral i comunicativa<\/strong> de l&#8217;alumnat, aix\u00ed com fomentar la <strong>interculturalitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les funcions de l\u2019auxiliar de conversa inclouen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitar pr\u00e0ctiques de <strong>conversa oral en angl\u00e8s<\/strong> amb l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Col\u00b7laborar en activitats pedag\u00f2giques<\/strong> on l\u2019angl\u00e8s sigui llengua vehicular o complement\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enriquir l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia educativa<\/strong> per mitj\u00e0 de la pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019una persona nativa de parla anglesa, aportant no nom\u00e9s l\u2019idioma, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 aspectes culturals del seu pa\u00eds d\u2019origen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Donar suport al professorat del centre<\/strong> en la planificaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament d\u2019activitats en llengua estrangera, aix\u00ed com en projectes espec\u00edfics d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9s important destacar que la figura de l\u2019auxiliar de conversa <strong>no substitueix un docent,<\/strong> sin\u00f3 que complementa i enriqueix l\u2019oferta educativa, especialment pel que fa a la part oral, comunicativa i intercultural.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On ser\u00e0 present l\u2019auxiliar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El suport de l&#8217;Amaya s\u2019implementar\u00e0 a tots els estudis del centre: a <strong>ESO<\/strong> i <strong>Batxillerat<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com als diferents cursos i cicles de <strong>Formaci\u00f3 Professional<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 permetr\u00e0 que <strong>tot l&#8217;alumnat<\/strong>, independentment del nivell que tingui o dels estudis que cursi, <strong>pugui beneficiar-se<\/strong> d&#8217;aquest recurs, tenint en compte les necessitats del curr\u00edculum i dels projectes formatius del centre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficis per a l\u2019alumnat i per al centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amb la pres\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;Amaya com a auxiliar de conversa,<strong> pretenem aconseguir<\/strong>, entre altres, els <strong>seg\u00fcents objectius<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Millorar la flu\u00efdesa<\/strong> i la confian\u00e7a<strong> oral<\/strong> de l\u2019alumnat <strong>en angl\u00e8s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure una <strong>actitud positiva envers l\u2019aprenentatge d\u2019idiomes<\/strong> i la <strong>cultura internacional<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enriquir les classes<\/strong> amb perspectives i <strong>contexts culturals reals<\/strong>, tal com els d\u2019un pa\u00eds anglosax\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potenciar la compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa global<\/strong>, no nom\u00e9s ling\u00fc\u00edstica, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 social i intercultural, en un context educatiu real.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Donar suport al professorat en un model educatiu m\u00e9s internacional i pluriling\u00fce<\/strong>, ajustat a les exig\u00e8ncies del m\u00f3n globalitzat i de la societat multicultural.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per acabar, donem la benvinguda a l&#8217;<strong>Amaya Pizzuti.<\/strong> Estem conven\u00e7uts que la seva pres\u00e8ncia enriquir\u00e0 l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia educativa de tots els membres de la nostra comunitat.<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inscar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1537\/2025\/12\/IMG-20251202-WA0014.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5771\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inscar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1537\/2025\/12\/IMG-20251202-WA0014-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inscar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1537\/2025\/12\/IMG-20251202-WA0014-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inscar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1537\/2025\/12\/IMG-20251202-WA0014-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inscar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1537\/2025\/12\/IMG-20251202-WA0014-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inscar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1537\/2025\/12\/IMG-20251202-WA0014.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This academic year, the <strong>Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia<\/strong> and the Spanish <strong>Ministry of Education<\/strong> have granted our school a full-time <strong>English language conversation assistant<\/strong>. We are pleased to announce that the person appointed to provide this support is <strong>Amaya Pizzuti<\/strong>, a native of the United States, and she <strong>will be with us until the beginning of June<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is a conversation assistant? Why is it important?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>main purpose<\/strong> of a conversation assistant is to <strong>support the learning of foreign languages<\/strong>, particularly with regard to <strong>students&#8217; oral and communicative skills<\/strong>, as well as to promote <strong>interculturality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The duties of the conversation assistant include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitating <strong>oral conversation practice in English<\/strong> with students.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assisting with teaching activities<\/strong> where English is the medium or a complementary language.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To enrich the educational experience<\/strong> through the presence of a native English speaker, contributing not only the language but also <strong>cultural aspects<\/strong> of their home country.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To support the school&#8217;s teaching staff <\/strong>in the planning and development of activities in the foreign language, as well as in specific language innovation projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important to emphasise that <strong>the role of the conversation assistant is not to replace a teacher<\/strong>, but to complement and enrich the educational offer, especially regarding the oral, communicative and intercultural aspects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where will the assistant be present? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Amaya<\/strong>&#8216;s support will be implemented across all the centre&#8217;s studies: in the <strong>ESO<\/strong> and <strong><em>Batxillerat<\/em><\/strong>, as well as in the various courses and cycles of <strong><em>Formaci\u00f3 Professional<\/em><\/strong>. This will <strong>allow all students<\/strong>, regardless of their level or the course they are taking, <strong>to benefit from this resource<\/strong>, taking into account the needs of the centre&#8217;s curriculum and training programmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits for students and the school<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the presence of <strong>Amaya<\/strong> as a conversation assistant, <strong>we aim to achieve the following objectives<\/strong>, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To <strong>improve students&#8217; fluency<\/strong> and confidence in speaking English.<\/li>\n<li>To <strong>promote a positive attitude towards learning languages<\/strong> and international culture.<\/li>\n<li>To<strong> enrich lessons with real cultural perspectives and contexts<\/strong>, such as those of an English-speaking country.<\/li>\n<li>To <strong>strengthen global communicative competence<\/strong>, not only linguistic but also <strong>social<\/strong> and <strong>intercultural<\/strong>, in a real educational context.<\/li>\n<li>To <strong>support the teaching staff<\/strong> in a more international and plurilingual educational model, suited to the demands of the globalised world and multicultural society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, we welcome <strong>Amaya Pizzuti<\/strong>.
