Avaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el curr\u00edculum per compet\u00e8ncies l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 una funci\u00f3 reguladora de tot el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, at\u00e8s que ha de permetre decidir i adaptar les estrat\u00e8gies pedag\u00f2giques a les caracter\u00edstiques dels nostres alumnes i constatar el progr\u00e9s a mesura que avan\u00e7a en els aprenentatges .Entenem l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 amb dues finalitats interrelacionades:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 com a mitj\u00e0 per regular els aprenentatges: identificar les dificultats i els errors i trobar camins per superar-los. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 com a mitj\u00e0 per comprovar qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha apr\u00e8s: la finalitat \u00e9s una bona orientaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els instruments que utilitzarem:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartir els objectius de les diferents activitats i projectes que realitzaran: informes personals, conversa amb el grup, mapes conceptuals..<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anticipar i planificar les accions: esquemes, diari de classe, resums&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019aprenentatge cooperatiu entre iguals, tant en l\u2019\u00e0mbit globalitzat com en el l\u2018\u00e0mbit instrumental.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartir els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3: autoavaluaci\u00f3 i coavaluaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del moodle( enquestes o r\u00fabriques).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carpeta d\u2019aprenentatge on recollirem totes les activitats que l\u2019alumne fa al llarg de \u00a0l\u2019aprenentatge d\u2019un tema.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proves inicials i finals per valorar la progressi\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge (orals o escrites)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartirem els resultats de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3(informes) amb les fam\u00edlies i l\u2019alumne.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Avaluaci\u00f3 interna<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 com a centre implica analitzar, mesurar i valorar l\u2019assoliment dels objectius que ens hem proposat en el nostre Projecte educatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per garantir la qualitat educativa desenvolupem els indicadors de progr\u00e9s, ja que proporcionen informaci\u00f3 rellevant i ajuden a la presa de decisions alhora d\u2019assolir els objectius. La seva revisi\u00f3 ha de ser anual a trav\u00e9s de la Mem\u00f2ria \u00a0de centre i tamb\u00e9 al final dels quatre anys de mandat que quedaran reflectits en el Projecte de Direcci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donat que el nostre \u00e9s un centre de nova creaci\u00f3 definirem indicadors de progr\u00e9s que s\u2019hauran d\u2019anar redefinint a mesura que el centre completi les seves l\u00ednies educatives. No tenim hist\u00f2ric i per tant partim de zero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectiu clau durant els primers anys \u00e9s la recollida de dades que ens permetin analitzar i a partir del segon any de funcionament poder fer propostes de millora i potser en alguns aspectes de canvi. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2.1. Indicadors de context<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comptabilitzaci\u00f3 de la participaci\u00f3 dels pares i mares en l\u2019AMPA (nombre de fam\u00edlies associades). Criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 75%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comptabilitzaci\u00f3 del nombre de preinscripcions de cada any, al nostre centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombre d\u2019alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials i amb risc social.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mobilitat del professorat : percentatge de professors que iniciem el projecte volunt\u00e0riament i que romandran al centre cada any. Criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 80%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mobilitat de l\u2019alumnat: percentatge d\u2019alumnes que abandonen el centre per tal de valorar el grau de satisfacci\u00f3 amb el nostre projecte educatiu. Criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 96,7%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Absentisme dels alumnes: comptabilitzaci\u00f3 de les abs\u00e8ncies justificades i no justificades dels alumnes. Criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 100%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>2.2. Indicadors de resultats<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesuren el grau d\u2019assoliment dels objectius del centre i es comparen amb els est\u00e0ndars. Nosaltres no podem obtenir fins dintre de quatre anys els resultats de proves de compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques ni de superaci\u00f3 de l\u2019etapa, per la qual cosa definirem indicadors \u00a0curt termini:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resultats acad\u00e8mics interns: resultats en percentatge de l\u2018assoliment dels diferents \u00e0mbits, mat\u00e8ries i projectes. Recollirem dades trimestrals i analitzarem la seva evoluci\u00f3. En algunes mat\u00e8ries realitzarem \u00a0una avaluaci\u00f3 inicial i final comparant i analitzant els resultats. Criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 90%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resultats acad\u00e8mics de superaci\u00f3 del curs: Criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 99%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enquesta de satisfacci\u00f3 adre\u00e7ada a alumnes, pares, professors , PAS i als mestres de Prim\u00e0ria de l\u2019escola.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>2.3. Indicadors de recursos<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recursos humans: mitjana de la r\u00e0tio alumne\/professor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recursos humans: mitjana \u00a0de la r\u00e0tio alumne\/grup .<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recursos humans: mitjana de la r\u00e0tio personal de suport\/alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recursos econ\u00f2mics: valoraci\u00f3 del pressupost econ\u00f2mic elaborat amb el pressupost final: percentatge de modificacions fetes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recursos materials: valoraci\u00f3 del material proposat en la dotaci\u00f3 del centre \u00a0i la seva execuci\u00f3 final. Seria satisfactori el compliment en un 90%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recursos materials: data proposada de finalitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019obres a l\u2019Institut i data final. Seria satisfactori el compliment en un 90%<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>2.4. Indicadors de processos<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grau de satisfacci\u00f3 dels Projectes de cada trimestre, per part dels alumnes i dels professors: realitzarem una enquesta .Criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 d\u2019un 85% dels alumnes i d\u2019un 90 % del professorat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percentatge de propostes de tallers per part dels alumnes: criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 70%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percentatge d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia de les fam\u00edlies a les reunions \u00a0d\u2019inici de curs: criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 90%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percentatge d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia de les fam\u00edlies en finalitzar el trimestre: exposici\u00f3 de projectes . Criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 70%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percentatge de de reunions de l\u2019AMPA amb la Direcci\u00f3 del centre: criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un \u00a0100% .<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percentatge de \u00a0fam\u00edlies que participen en \u2018avaluaci\u00f3 dels seus fills: criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 en un 90%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percentatge (enquesta) de fam\u00edlies que utilitzen la web del centre: criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 d\u2019un \u00a060%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percentatge de propostes a les assembles i percentatge d\u2019actuacions fetes: criteri d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 d\u2019un 80%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
