Aquest any l&#8217;esl\u00f2gan \u00e9s El s\u00f2l, origen dels aliments i t\u00e9 com a objectiu conscienciar sobre la import\u00e0ncia dels s\u00f2ls per una producci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria i una nutrici\u00f3 \u00f2ptima.<br \/>\nLa p\u00e8rdua de nutrients del s\u00f2l \u00e9s un dels principals processos de degradaci\u00f3 que amena\u00e7a la nutrici\u00f3 , la seguretat aliment\u00e0ria i la sostenibilitat.<br \/>\nL&#8217;alumnat de 2n d&#8217;Hort i l&#8217;alumnat de 1r d&#8217;Entorn Natural van realitzar un taller sobre el Foment del Compost proposat per l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de Residus de Catalunya.
