Aquest cop totes les persones delegades de 1r a 4t hem estat convocades i l&#8217;Objectiu ha estat fer una pluja d&#8217;idees sobre estrat\u00e8gies per a anar escrivint el projecte de Conviv\u00e8ncia del centre. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver fet la DAFO i una formaci\u00f3 amb Germ\u00e1n, de Teach peace, les idees compartides han estat:<\/p>\n<h3>IDEES B\u00c0SIQUES<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. Un\/a bon\/a delegat ha de tenir:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respecte<\/li>\n<li>Amabilitat<\/li>\n<li>Parla positiva<\/li>\n<li>Empatia<\/li>\n<li>Humilitat<\/li>\n<li>Felicitat\/Alegria<\/li>\n<li>No sentir-se superior<\/li>\n<li>Responsabilitat<\/li>\n<li>Generositat<\/li>\n<li>Honestedat<\/li>\n<li>Comprom\u00eds<\/li>\n<li>Sentit de la just\u00edcia<\/li>\n<li>Altu\u00efsta<\/li>\n<li>Tenir Valors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. PROPOSTES SOBRE CONVIV\u00c8NCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professorat amb parla positiva (modelatge)<\/li>\n<li>Clarificar les mesures per aplicar a alumnes disruptius<\/li>\n<li>Classes m\u00e9s din\u00e0miques<\/li>\n<li>Posar en pr\u00e0ctica al centre les rotllanes restauratives<\/li>\n<li>Treballar els l\u00edmits (molt alumnat no els t\u00e9 clar)<\/li>\n<li>Treballar a tutoria: racisme, diversitat sexual, diversitat funcional, aparen\u00e7a f\u00edsicaSeguir amb la import\u00e0ncia de la tutoria personal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
