Cada grup segueix una ruta ja assignada on hauran de realitzar diferents propostes d\u2019activitats f\u00edsiques. Per tant, el #Bitacolaesmou \u00e9s un moviment que a part de ser una proposta saludable, crea vincles entre tot l\u2019alumnat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes de 3r d\u2019ESO s\u2019encarreguen de dinamitzar l\u2019escalfament. En aquest moment, tots i totes posen a prova el que han apr\u00e8s durant el llarg dels dos trimestres: articulacions, m\u00fasculs, rutines d\u2019exercici\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per una altra banda, l\u2019alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO t\u00e9 dues important\u00edssimes tasques a fer durant la preparaci\u00f3 i dinamitzaci\u00f3 del #Biitcolaesmou. Primerament, per grups, van haver de dissenyar o modificar un esport\/activitat f\u00edsica per tal que sigui m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica i divertida. A m\u00e9s, totes les activitats han de promoure uns valors (treball en equip, solidaritat\u2026). Una vegada ja hi havia entorn d&#8217;unes 22 activitats, seria moment d\u2019organitzar la jornada. El professorat d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica, ha proposat un seguit de tasques a realitzar. Cada alumne s\u2019ha responsabilitzat d\u2019una i per petits grups s\u2019ha comen\u00e7at a treballar. Algunes de les tasques proposades han estat: Intervenci\u00f3 a la R\u00e0dio Barber\u00e0, V\u00eddeo Resum del Ball, Redacci\u00f3 de les Not\u00edcies o la Invenci\u00f3 dels recorreguts, disseny de les fitxes organitzatives de cada grup\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ara que ja tenim tot a punt, \u00e9s hora que arribi el dia per celebrar el #Bitacolaesmou!
